Sundance Dining
Sundance is so close, and it has such good food--no matter the season. It's worth the 8-minute drive for everything from casual dining to Michelin-rated experiences:
Sundance Deli--if you want to grab a quick sandwich or burger, you can hit the deli counter and eat at one of the outdoor tables or in the winter you can sit around the fire pit, where they keep a fire stoked at all times
Foundry Grill--this is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. The atmosphere is casual and authentic, and the food is great. Be sure to get a reservation!
Tree Room--Forbes Travel gives the Tree Room 4 stars and praises its “rustic yet elegant” atmosphere. The Tree Room received a Michelin Key in 2023, and was voted #3 hotel restaurant in the US in 2024.
Owl Bar--A small, rustic bar that also serves a limited bar menu and sometimes hosts live acoustic music
Ski Eats--During ski season there is a food truck at the base, as well as Creekside Cafe at the base and Bearclaw Cabin--restaurant at the top of the back mountain

Cooking at Home
"Our family of 6 had a great stay. The home felt comfortable and had everything we needed. We are pretty particular about our vacation rentals- we have high expectations for cleanliness and accommodations. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with tons of dishes, silverware, glasses, and cookware, as well as every appliance you could need- crockpot, toaster, pebble ice maker, griddle, and waffle maker. There are even spices and cooking spray."

Kitchen Cooking
The kitchen is stocked with cooking. basics, including spices, oils, cooking spray, parchment paper, etc.
The range is electric, with 1.5 ovens. In addition to the range, there is an electric griddle, waffle maker, crock pot, blender, etc.
Several families have cooked and hosted Thanksgiving dinner at the Treehouse--including ours!
Our family loves cooking hot dogs and marshmallows around the back-yard firepit.
For more serious back-yard chefs, there is a propane grill.
If the weather is good, we recommend eating around the backyard dining table (seating for 6), or just by the fire or the stream and enjoying the sounds of the year-round stream.

Ordering In
"Such a cool little neighborhood and close enough for GrubHub and UberEats delivery! We recommend Arempas for some killer empanadas.

Room Service
The Treehouse seems isolated in the mountains, tucked into a little neighborhood, away from all traffic lights, businesses, and noise.
But the crazy thing about this neighborhood is that it is on the route for all food delivery services!
So you can order from any Provo / Orem restaurant, and have hot food delivered to your door. Pretend you are at a resort, and let the food come to you!

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful paved walking paths. Quick short drive to Sundance ski area. Or to bridal falls. Or 15-20min into Provo or Orem. Loved the record player w great speakers with some classics. 2nd floor had a comfy warm and inviting couch. Nice little balcony overlooking the stream. Beautiful kitchen counter tops and all needed cooking and dishes. 3rd floor was a delightful master bedroom with a hot shower! Very comfy. Lots of room. Very clean. Very nice. Surrounded by mountains through every window. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys that roam the neighborhood in the early morning hrs. The outside patio w the stream was my favorite. Highly recommend!"
